"I read the special edition of this book but I wanted to share my review here too. I really enjoyed reading Sophie’s Heart so I decided to make this my next Lori Wick read. I enjoyed Sophie’s Heart a bit more than The Princess, but they’re both really good. I’m not into royalty books too much. This was nice though bc the royalty aspect wasn’t overly done or confusing. As with Sophie’s Heart, The Princess includes Christian characters, Scripture, and prayer. All of which I really love. I was encouraged/reminded to continue to grow in my relationship with God while reading this book. Also, the father of the princess is deaf in this story so the mention of sign language reminded me of desire to learn ASL. Overall another great Lori Wick story that I didn’t want to put down. I plan to read more of her work. "
