"I want to thank #TenSpeedPress for sending me a beautiful finished copy of the cookbook in exchange for an honest review. *All opinions are my own. #Partner

I have always thought of myself as a good baker.. I really really hadn’t reached my maximum capacity until I got this baking cookbook in my hands. I am all about breads, cakes, pastries, cookies.. well you get it. My dream has always been to be able to make my own at home.

The Good Book of Southern Baking has a ton of delicious recipes, and easy(ish) to follow instructions. I always have extra questions.. but when the baking goodness come out of the oven, all my questions and doubts went away.

And although many of the recipes consisted of ingredients that I already had in my pantry, most are very common and many would also be in every household pantry., there were some items that I couldn’t even find at my local grocery store. Sooo I had to improvise.. only in some cases though so it wasn’t a big turn off.

Overall a wonderful cookbook I will be referencing, and using time and time again. Especially during the cold season."
