"Ashley Craft has created a beautiful cookbook based on the magical world of Disney. Craft takes the reader through Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and California Adventures. With each chapter she discuses each park and the food you can find with them. You can find Green Milk from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge to Night Blossom in The World of Avatar. I chose to make the Campfire Chili which can be found in Grizzly Peak of California Adventure. What I found unique to the chili is that it didn't require much liquid that would then need to be cooked down. It is heavy in the cumin and also has curry powder in it. I modified it by adding a yellow bell pepper to it plus I cut down the black beans from 3 cans to 2. After sampling the recipe, my husband and I agree that it is very tasty. I couldn't tell you if it is a good copy cat to the original as I've never been to California Adventure, but I did think it needed a little heat so I added cayenne and chili powder. Topped it off with shredded cheese, green onions and a dollop of sour cream :) I took a picture but I will try and post it later. This is a fun and wonderful book that would be a treasure to any Disney enthusiast. I wish it had the Waldorf Salad from Frontier Land. It's my absolute favorite."
