Now, in a pair of black leather pants and a kick-ass tattoo, Morgan is heading back to Philadelphia after a nasty little exorcism—and her life is about to be turned upside down…by the Demon that’s gotten inside her.Not just any Demon. Six foot five inches of dark, delicious temptation, this one is to die for—that is, if he doesn’t get Morgan killed first. Because while some humans vilify Demons and others idolize them, Morgan’s Demon is leading a war of succession no human has ever imagined. For a woman trying to live a life, and hold on to the almost-perfect man, being possessed by a gorgeous rebel Demon will mean a wild ride of uninhibited thrills, shocking surprises, and pure, unadulterated terror. . . .

"I started reading Jenna Black with her Faeriewalker series and I have to admit, she does well in both genres, adult and ya. She writes a mean story! This was so interesting. I don't know if the premised had me completely when I read it, but it was intriguing enough for me to pick up this book and start it. Once I started, I couldn't put it down!

Morgan is a very interesting character. I like my tough chicks. With Morgan, we get the tough chick, but we also get the vulnerable chick. What I liked about the vulnerability was that we aren't the only ones who get to see it. She does have her moments when she breaks down, but they aren't often to make the character whiny and annoying.

The demons were very interesting, I liked the premise with the 'host' thing in this book. It really made the story interesting and unique. There are quite a few demon PNR books on the market now, but having a book that stands out is always a bonus. The exorcism didn't play as big of a role in this as I thought it would, but it adds to the mystery of the book. And the mystery, the finding out of just how Morgan came to be possessed and why, was very fun to read. It was fast pace, easy to read and emotionally engaging.

I can't help it. I'm now an even bigger fan of Jenna Black. I've now read 6 books by her and I have yet to feel disappointed with any of them. While I still prefer her faeriewalker series and now her Dark Descendant series, this one is definitely higher on my TBR list to finish out the other books. If you haven't checked out any of Jenna Black's books, what are you waiting for?"
