Manifesto of the Communist Party

This document, drawn up by two German economist/historians, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, has been one of the world's most influential political manuscripts. Commissioned by the Communist League, it analyses class struggle and the problems of capitalism. With the benefit of hindsight, the deaths and suffering of millions of people can be attributed to this flawed utopian philosophy.
