"I did not enjoy my time listening to this.

Yes, the premise sounded exciting, but the execution and the main couple gave me the ick.

They're sick.

Yes, kill the pedos but don't get turned on by the act of killing...?

That's cause for concern.

Yeah, idk how I feel about that...

I don't find the sex/sexual chemistry between them hot because this couple is kinda sick. Cause these two are not ***** for each other per se... they're ***** for killing lol.

And that's not very sexy to me.

Like... I don't want these two ppl to have sex, to be honest.

I like that they're killing bad ppl tho, so that's good!"
"It went a few directions I wasn’t expecting but it kept my interest."

"Holy **** this is so dark. I was intrigued by the forbidden romance aspect between a psychologist and her convict patient, but boy i didn’t expect this.

2 socio/psychopaths coming together in “love” and obsession. It gives Bonnie & Clyde x Dexter. They are both sadists and have a compulsion to kill, so they utilize this to deliver a type of vigilante justice to other criminals and horrible people who havent been convicted.

dislikes:
I dont think London put up much of a fight when it came to Grayson, which irked me, especially as she is so “advanced” and acclaimed in her field of criminal psychology. She should have some training or more refusal of crossing the patient-doctor line. bc HELLO!!! WRONG

I also found it concerning, as someone pursuing a career in clinical psychology, that she is in the criminal psychology profession, but doesn’t believe in rehabilitation. So why be in the field if you don’t believe in it? She comes to understand that she commiserates with the criminals, instead of focusing on their treatment and betterment. More than a few of her patients ended up committing suicide after getting her treatment, which she somehow realizes is her fault (although i dont really understand the mechanisms behind how she caused that).

likes:
I do think underneath it all there is a point to be made about someone loving the worst parts of ourself, unapologetically. That is what i gathered from this book.
No one is perfect (and these MCs are FARRRRR from perfect or far from even good human beings), so i think we all have a but of fear over being accepted for our whole selves, our pros and our cons, our flaws and all.

overall, this is ****** up, definitely."
