"I picked up this book because the concept seemed interesting, but I almost dropped it after the first chapter because it felt too childish (I'm struggling to think of the right word; this is close enough). But because mangas aren't as time consuming as novels, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and read the rest of the book. It ended up getting more serious, and I liked it a lot more. I had been afraid that it'd feel like high school drama (hence, "childish") but it's actually pretty realistic - outside the fact shes receiving letters from her future self, of course. I also haven't watched the anime yet, I'm waiting til after I read the whole manga."
