"Everyone should watch this. This is an epidemic. So many mixed messages - healthcare professionals quick to remedy and not fully understanding consequences of what behaviors this may lead to. Gone are the days when you the what your doctor says as gospel. Our culture is only perpetuating anxiety/depression and onus now lies with us, individually. Also, we don’t understand how interconnected our bodies are— you can’t just think it’s treating anxiety w/o affecting organs and unintended consequences. "
